Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 17, 2026. This is an MVP privacy draft for the ViralCast smoke phase. Final privacy language may change after entity, jurisdiction, payment provider, and legal review.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information, such as name, email, role, country, city, and login provider.
• Creator profile information, such as age confirmation, language, content niche, follower bracket, and social profile URLs.
• Advertiser profile information, such as company name, website, campaign briefs, and campaign settings.
• Submission information, such as post URLs, platform, timestamps, moderation decisions, rejection reasons, and ledger entries.
• Payment and compliance information needed for payouts, KYC, tax, fraud prevention, and provider processing.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate the marketplace, match creators with campaigns, review submissions, maintain balances, support payouts, prevent fraud, enforce advertising disclosure, provide support, improve the product, and keep business and compliance records.

3. Sharing

We may share relevant campaign and submission information between creators, advertisers, and ViralCast operators. We may also share data with service providers such as Firebase, hosting, analytics, payment, KYC, email, support, and moderation vendors. We may disclose information when required for legal, tax, fraud, safety, or platform-policy reasons.

4. Public Content

Creator posts submitted for campaigns may be public on third-party social platforms. ViralCast does not control those platforms. Removing a submission from ViralCast does not necessarily remove public content from TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or other services.

5. Retention

We keep account, submission, moderation, campaign, and ledger records as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet tax or legal recordkeeping obligations. Payment ledger records may be retained longer than general account data.

6. Your Choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information through ViralCast support. Some records may be retained where needed for finance, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or legitimate business records.

7. Security

We use managed providers, authentication, access controls, and operational review to protect account and marketplace records. No system is perfectly secure, especially during an MVP phase.

8. International Processing

ViralCast may process information in countries where we or our service providers operate, including the United States and other regions. By using the service, you understand that data may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence.
